Rang this morning to book an appointment for my husband who hasn't attended this clinic before. Was told by the receptionist I was't able to make appointments for my husband he has to call or be beside me to give his authority for me to book!!!! Is this woman for real??? I worked in medical for 10 years and I've never heard such rubbish. When I asked to speak to a manager she just kept talking over me saying my husband has to call. I hung up on her and just cried. Contacted 2 other psychologist places and they were more than happy for me to book on my husbands behalf. Shame on you The Three Seas for not caring about my husbands mental health. I never write reviews but I reall feel this is needed to warn others.Won't let me reply to your reply The Three Seas. This is YOUR policy and after calling 2 other psychologists it was confirmed this isn't something that happens anywhere else. The receptionists I spoke to from these other psychologists actually apologised for how I was treated by your company.You DEFINITELY need to go over your policy and maybe even make contact with other psychology businesses in your area to see what their policies are.You are suppose to be helping people with Mental Health. This is NOT how you treat someone who is trying to help their loved one".Your loss really. We are attending somewhere else who are more caring and compassionate with my situation.I have a child attending your clinic currently whom I will be finding a new psychologist for.All the best"

Empathetic and Friendly. The psychologist I saw was very professional and receptive to my needs. My appointment was not a waste of time and I will be going back for my follow-ups.
