Jumping Rascals - Jumping Castle Hire Sydney

Booked one of the 3-in-1 (superhero) medium castles well in advance for my sons 3rd birthday on Sunday, 29th September. Booking process was so easy, so easy I started to get nervous before the day that it wasn’t going to arrive! There was no need to worry, the guys turned up promptly and had the castle set up without any issues. Efficient and friendly service at both drop off and pick up. Castle was clean and in great condition. Will use again and will recommend to others.

Great supplier, really accomodating and helpful whenever we need them for an event. Really good quality jumping castles too.

I have used this company several times and each time they have been very efficient, easy communication and great service. A company to rely on for your parties! I even needed a jumping castle within the hour and they came through and saved my sons birthday! Thank you very much. Highly recommend.

Best Service. Good value for money. Ordered the Medium, Party Bounce & Play Castle for my brothers 9th Birthday from 3pm-7pm. It arrived by 11:30, which meant more time to enjoy for children and adults! Will definitely be using this company again for future children events.

Disappointed and worst experience dealing with this company, very poor service with no real care factor! Hired weeks in advance for a Saturday booking for a 1st birthday party, week before we called and the stuffed up saying they don’t have the on we need on the day and would recommend upgrade for extra, which we did. Two days prior called again to confirm details for a Saturday booking and all agreed, on the day of birthday we had to call to see where they where! After an hr delay, we get told they stuffed up and sorry the though the day was Sunday! And nowIt’s too late to do anything! Very bad customer experience and Cleary a no care factor business! If i could rate as negative I would! Surprised their is positive reviews!

Definitely wouldn’t recommend this company. After booking months in advance I get a call at 7:30pm the night before to tell me the jumping castle I booked has a big hole so they’ll send a similar one. It arrives, it’s dirty, looks old, has bits of masking tape holding it together. Not to mention the owner is extremely rude and when I rang him to let him know I was disappointed he proceeded to mansplain to me that “it’s not about the parents it’s about the kids”. Thank you, genius. What it’s actually about is a paying customer not getting the quality product they ordered. Very unprofessional and poor service coupled with inferior products, I wouldn’t waste your hard earned dollars.

We hired a obstacle course from you yesterday at Minchinbury. Just want to say a massive thank you. The course was great, the kids were exhausted by the end of the day and even some of the adults had a race through too. The guys who installed it were friendly and informative. Will definitely hire from you again.

I can't say enough good about these guys! Even though I had stuffed up the booking, they pulled out all stops to make it happen! The Pirate Ship Castle was awesome, the delivery guys were friendly and helpful, the poor lady on the phone who sorted out our booking was amazing. Highly recommend these guys, and have already told others to use them. Thanks for your work today, it made our Father's Day event so great.
