Very nice and friendly staff, do not need to wait to long to be attended. If you ask for any preskribed medicatios, farmacist will give you explanations.Few months ago l was in situation that l needed AB.It was Friday. My GP rang me, was too late l , did not have a script.I rushed to this pharmacy, was nearly 6.00 .Lovely lady, pharmacist, was listening me, l was panicking.She calm me down, AB given to me and she stated that she will fax to my GP re script.She had given AB and she asked me for GPname and clinic.

Recently when travelling I found that I had arrived in Victor Harbor (some 700+ k's from home) and discovered that I had left important medication at my last stop some 350 kilometres back along the track. The medication is quite important to me following major cardiac surgery and helps me to maintain lifestyle and good health. I found the pharmacist at Harbor Pharmacy to be outstanding. He was helpful and understanding. He listened to my summary of the circumstances and advised me to call my doctor's surgery who fortunately were able to discuss the issue with him, fax prescriptions and additional advice and within an hour I had the required medication in my hand and had missed only the previous evening's dose. He dispensed all items and will forward the signed prescriptions with repeats by mail. In an age where the Internet seems to claim more and more of the retail sector it is comforting to find that some segments of the business community still operate at a personal level with friendly advice and assistance. The service and kindness of the staff in this pharmacy are second to none. Nothing is too much trouble and they are all very helpful and knowledgeable.

What a wonderful pharmacy. I have Covid and they quickly delivered antivirals with a fact sheet. I visit Victor Harbor regularly and it is the only pharmacy to use. Friendly ,efficient and doesn’t over charge. They delivered today no charge which I appreciate.Highly recommend . Thank you
