Who do you think you are this is Australia and we have fedom of speech here and if you put a memory post up from a year being 6 years 12 years ago then don't then take it down because it go's against community standards what a joke you have become until there is no freedom of peech here what is put up by your own account then it must have been ok so why stop it now I will be confronting you at your office until there is a answer to why you think your community standards are a Australian way then I will except your decision but there is a law here that states we are a free country

Help, I was hacked in October. And have sent over 100 requests for help to FB. All of my Meta was Disabled. Including my businesses and personal accounts. Here on FB and Insta. I am still waiting for a person to respond and recover my store and my accounts. I want FB to respond and assist my recovery urgently.

IG account hacked. Several videos of my face submitted (as requested) and IG saying they can’t identify me. Meta are an absolute joke. Can’t wait to see the Zuckerberg empire crumble.Can’t get any human support at all.

We have three business profiles with Facebook and all our ad accounts were hacked In feb 2023. Over 10k was charged to our company credit card in one morning. After lots of trouble and time trying to figure out how to initially alert Facebook to the issue, we got a simple automatically generated response. So far only some of these transactions have been refunded to us and our ad accounts are STILL disabled.It has been over 4 weeks now. To lodge any claims or get any response is absolutely impossible and this is disgraceful. The problems have not been rectified and many other businesses have been hit by the same scammer.If someone from Facebook Australia is listening, get in touch as we need this fixed asap. Complaints have been lodged with the ACCC and NSW business commissioner and a letter of demand is on the way (if we could only figure out where to send it!).

If I could leave zero I would. Account got hacked, hacker changed email and mobile so I wasn't able to retrieve my account then got email confirming mobile was changed in Nigeria, surely Facebook could respond to my request for help, the hacker then targeted all my friends impersonating me, some got hacked, terrible that facebook is unable to act on this despite emailing for their help, surely when they see a member who lives in Australia, suddenly change their details from Nigeria they can act on this??? SHOCKING.

I've contacted a lawyer to help me sue Mark Zuckerburg & those trolling posts.How dare he dictate what content we can publish, that's abuse of freedom of speech.Time he felt it in the hip pocket.

My partner Instagram account was hacked and the recovery process takes you through a loop that doesn't allow face ID (despite it should).In the meanwhile the hacker is using her image and videos to promote scam, using her messages to trick family members.Phone number and support email address doesn't exist anymore.This experience impacting her and our relationship too.This has been reported to Facebook as a copyright breach (use of images for advertising) and they said they can't help because the account looks hacked (?!?). So instead of solving one of the two problems they solved none.This incident has been reported to the cyber police. We are asking the account to be disable (losing every picture and video) as it is better than being used for scam.And as feedback to the 5 star review below. No google reviews are not to describe a VENUE, but a business and experience etc. I guess that summarises the professionalism of this company vs google professionalism. Facebook Australia is doing business for the resdients of Australia FYI.
