Beware!The staff, all friendly, kind and thoughtful.However had my hair tinted, trimmed & treatedJust before Christmas.For the 1st week after my hair felt dry, stiff andDull. Thought it would calm down, normally my hair is extremely silky, shiny and moves naturally.10 weeks later my hair is still dull, lifeless andStiff! Feels like I’m wearing a plastic wig!!!!Phoned salon, to cancel nxt app. Told them why their response, “ oh I’m so surprised! That’s never happened before?!”That’s it! No offer to assist with fixing the problem. My hair is slowly returning to normal however it still looks terrible!Extremely disappointed!
