Fantastic accessibility for wheelchair users! Lee was super helpful and took the time to help reach down lots of beads for me to look at. So much stock to check out and create inspiration.

If youve never been here before don't just rush in and expect to be out in a couple of minutes. The walls of beading and findings look like a lot THEN you'll be told that there are 1 or 2 more rows of different items behind the front row! Prices seem ok. I got what I didn't know I needed so will be off to my lapidary club to complete my silverwork.

Great place for your craft stuff, heaps of selections and some crystals and different kinds of buttons. Staff are very accommodating.

This morning I was rudely asked to leave as I am unable to wear a mask due to a medical condition. I was the only customer in the shop and could therefore easily have maintained social distancing. A class was taking place yet they were not social distanced nor wearing masks.When the older man, in a different room, asked me to put a mask on, I explained polietely that I do not have one as I have a medical exemption. He said unless I showed him my exemption I was unable to shop. I informed him that he is lawfully not able to ask to see my personal medical records and he said in that case he would ask me to leave.This is clearly discrimination.I am vaccinated (not that he asked).I was polite.I have a medical condition and a medical exemption.I was easily able to socially distance.I had checked in and sanitised my hands.I was a good, repeat customer.Each person is entitled to their own opinion. However this businesses stance is not inclusive and very disappointing.

The guys are super friendly and helpful. It's a great shop for lapidary enthusiast's. Plenty of spare parts, lapidary and jewelry making items

This place is amazing! Almost everything you can think of from beads to chunks of raw minerals available for sale. The man behind the counter was nice and helpful and really seemed to know his stuff. Can highly recommend, I'll be back.
