Wow - I was not disappointed! After thorough research on the web I came across Aidan. Within hours of me making contact he was on my doorstep to discuss options for our solar panels. He gave me plenty of ammunition" of where to start for researching which can be daunting. Highly recommend everyone does this as I ended up with a much better panel and a high-end inverter.I had loads of questions and he was very patient and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to help me make my decision without being pushy.On the day of installation

Very quick, informative and professional. Another Company kept me waiting months and eventually said they could fit 4 panels. Aiden and his team had 15 panels installed within a few weeks of first contact. My power bills are very small. I could not be happier. And they are local, so any problems could be dealt with quickly (saving me more money!)

Aidan and his team installed my solar system. Great team, great service, great price - BUT unfortunately ZERO FOLLOW UP SERVICE.Aidan promised to return to install a bigger system, but never followed through.The LG Chem battery pack Aidan Flanagan Electrical installed failed and I again tried contacting his business to no avail. Eventually after contacting LG Chem directly to complain, Aidan replaced the battery system 9 months after my initial email contact/complaint.Again, great service during the replacement, more promises - again to no avail. Pretty sad to see a great business doing so much damage to their own reputation

I came across Aiden's team while they were fitting solar at a neighbour's. I asked them for a business card (which they didn't have at the time) so I gave them my number instead to which they said Aiden would call me. Well I thought that would be the last I ever hear of that!To my surprise Aiden called me the next day and had a quote back to me the following. I didn't take Aiden up on the quote at the time but called him back 6 months later when the issue had got worse. Again Aiden was super fast in coming up with solutions and a competitive quote. The work was completed the following week and I am very happy with their service and advice.

I would not touch this company with a ten foot barge pole. Aiden is really good when he is trying to get your business and the solar panel install was timely. We put a massive solar system in and we are now having BIG issues with roof leaks. Aiden has been to inspect, even gave us a quote for an upgrade of the existing system. Despite several dozen phone calls and texts messaging asking him to give us a call, we have not heard from him since.His after sales service is appalling and I would not recommend Aiden Flanagan Electrical to anyone.

Aidan and his team installed my solar system, solar edge via SolaHart.I have had the system in for two and a bit months now.It has been great, and linked in with the AGL app I can see my daily system usage.Many thanks to Aidan who also spent the time to consult me on different recommendations that SolaHart had sold me prior to instillation.Very much appreciated and very recommended.Regards,Beau
