I took my car to this establishment to have some merchanical work done. I think the mechanics name was Will. He told me he would source the parts and contact me when ready. Unfortunately I never herd back ? Not sure what their mechanical workmanship is like as it never eventuated but customer service was lousy, maybe I need to drive an expensive car to get the work done.

Hopefully you can read this but I can't login to admin user as I'm just the mechanic!I'm so sorry that you had a lousy experience. I'm often flying solo at the workshop and we are almost always fully booked. It's obviously slipped my mind and if it was a matter of urgency, a simple call back would have refreshed my memory.I can assure we work on all cars here at WJR and would love to hear from you sometime in the future.

The older guy ( John?) is so rude & spoke to me like rubbish .This is no way to treat people , you need to learn some customer service skills .Definitely do NOT recommend.
