Best karate place around that I've trained at! Instructors are always willing to put in the effort to make sure you have understood the teachings and go above and beyond every time I've seen them!

I joined GKR in the beginning of this year and immediately felt the sense of community and support from all the instructors and students. It is truly a wonderful environment to train in and very welcoming to students of all ages and abilities, would highly recommend signing up for a trial.

Senseis are knowledgeable and passionate about martial arts, self-defence, and physical fitness in general. The dojo is well equipped and looked after, with classes to suit every age group, ability, and schedule, including women's self-defence. All senseis are fantastic with kids and build a sense of discipline and responsibility as well as build up their confidence. It's been great to see my daughter learn new skills and grow while making new friends and having fun.If you're looking for practical self-defence, physical fitness or a new activity to do with the kids, I highly recommend trying it out.
