Extremely poor management. In almost 3(!) years nothing has been done.Generic reply on my emails it's not what I need.They didn't deserve even one star.Extremely disappointed.DIVIDING FENCE between two complexes is BODY CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY. It's obvious, that 3(!) YEARS was not enough to replace 7m fence. The 7m fence replacement was approved in November 2021, it's 2023 and still nothing has been done!It's not just fallen apart, it's 30cm shorter than it should be and rotten. I've used a rope to hold it, otherwise it would be fallen towards my plants.

I've been dealing with BC Systems for the past 3 years and I find them a great company to deal with - professional, approachable and reliable. Emails are always responded to in a timely manner and staff take the time to listen to concerns and explain rules/regulations so they are understood. A very well run strata management company compared to others I've dealt with in the past.

I have been on a scheme managed by BC Systems for almost 12 months now and I have to say the service level is exceptional. Very impressed with my manager Stacey, and her support team member Chloe. Highly recommend this company if you want managers that respond promptly and have a good knowledge of the industry and legislation.

Body corporate does no reply to queries.Do a poor job doing the work. I trimmed our trees in our front garden that is their responsibility and the body corporate replied saying that they will not pick up the waste. Not serious, no worth the money.Administration response is poor and email sent in January 2023, not response after 5 months... The manager response to review is just a way to cover the poor customer service.

The committee were often frustrated by BCSystems' mistakes and poor management, which included the necessity of following up on requests. One example, the manager sat on a quote for two months and this was only released when the committee prompted for a status update, making it into an unnecessary issue. Time to react to emails and the manager’s unavailability on the phone were further issues, including the necessity of closely monitoring charges and expenses.

I don't know whether these people are scammers or simply negligent but be very cautious paying them. I paid $2000 only to be contacted by the so called 'arrears team asking when me I'll pay (as if they never received the money). The most ridiculous company I ever had to deal with."

Very bad. Don't fine onsite body corp management for assault on owners and lying to owners. Don't fine onsite managers for noise or breaking the law in complexes in Inala.Irresponsible and needing to be fined in a court of law.
