Castle Hill BMW

I have to say, the service here was one of the best I’ve had at a BMW dealership in Sydney. The guys were very friendly and helpful, and made sure we were taken care of. It definitely wasn’t the largest BMW dealer I’ve been, and doesn’t have the interior showroom like some, but I’d come back just for the way we were treated. Big props to the guy at the desk on the left- I didn’t catch his name and not sure if that was actually his desk, but he was definitely a great people person. Thanks also to the guy at the back (working in the spare parts warehouse area)! Parking is kinda hard to find here, but if you can get past that, a great BMW to go to :)

I was buying a pre-owned premium brand (not BMW) vehicle based on a Carsales ad. I dealt with Reta Jano predominantly. I found her knowledgeable, responsive, courteous, friendly and professional throughout. Nothing was too much trouble. There were some marks on the paintwork when I came to collect the car. The detailing team fully cleaned and polished the exterior paintwork while I waited. I couldn't have hoped for a better experience when buying a car. 10 / 10.

I used to be an advocate for the BMW Castle Hill and had gave 5 stars previously. However, the recent service quality is very disappointing and the interaction with the service department is not pleasant at all.The service advisor has a very abrasive manner of speaking and literally said I don’t care. Noted there is a high staff turnover with some good agents left, maybe the business focus is only on the sales department. Really hope the situation can be improved in future. It's time to update my car but right now I am not comfortable dealing with them.

Wonderful experience visiting BMW Castle Hill. Staff there is extremely helpful and always ready to go extra mile helping the customer. Had interacted with Cesar during my recent car purchase, and the support / guidance I received was exceptional. Keep up the good work :)

I have meet the most wonderful person AJ from sales at this dealership Castle hill BMW. Fantastic human being who is kind, compassionate, honest, and a hard working delicated to he's work. He has done an extremely nice deal for me, and at the end of the day i was happy with the outcome of the purchase and the price I've paid. AJ went out of his way working overtime just to satisfy my out of ordinary available hours.It truly is hard to find such an honest person! Highly recommend if you need to buy any used or new cars to ask for AJ! 10 stars!
