They were prompt to help and gave an accurate waiting time, when Frank arrived he was so lovely and fixed the lock quickly.

Our custom made timber doors was very difficult to slide. Two visits from the manufacturer couldn't solve the problem. Derek identified a rubber seal as the issue. He removed this and the doors are sliding perfectly.I can't recommend Derek highly enough.

Google doesn't allow Zero Stars ! After purchasing $7,800 worth of handles / locks etc, it became evident we had the wrong hinges, so they were returned immediately. Despite these being only a fraction of the total $ value of my order, Avoca Beach Architectural Hardware and Locksmiths have failed to return my monies, after agreeing to do so and my numerous follow up emails. You may wish to remember my experience when deciding where to purchase.

I’m new to the area so finding reliable services has been a journey for me and not a very nice one. After having my time wasted on numerous occasions by other locksmiths I found Derek at Avoca Locksmiths. What an absolute star! He didn’t even have to come out to quote. I just sent him images of my locks etc and he got the job done.I was told by the competition that I needed a bunch of other stuff and how difficult the job was, that it would involve new face plates and carpenters....Derek proved them all to be full of BS and got the job done with no one of that.This is busy little business and after dealing with them I can see why. Don’t use anybody else! And be nice to them they’re super busy but they’ll squeeze you in some how.The install was a breeze and the the crew even went so far as to fix a sliding door for me that needed taking down and planning. So above and beyond service! Can’t recommend them highly enough!!!
