when I walked in the staff were very helpful and friendly because I got there to early still said take a seat I thought that was nice.when I came back to pick the glasses everyone was happy witch you don't find very much they made me fell comfortable and that was good for me

On Friday 9th June I saw Patrick, the optometrist and the specialist Catherine.Both were outstanding.Even Prof Eva Segelov and Prof John Thompson ( both oncologists surgeons) weren't superior to theincredibly efficient and caring treatment given me by Catherine and Patrick.Best experience I've had in 77 years.TRULY!Just picked up my new specs and the whole experience was terrific.CATHERINE even allows me to call her KATE.The BEST!!

First time using this store. Absolutely thrilled with the level of customer service at the Kangaroo Flats Specsavers store. Optometrist was fantastic and very professional. I have always hated having to select new frames and lack the confidence select the right ones. This time was a very different experience to previous optometrists. Hannah was incredibly patient, informative and offered genuine and honest advice on what frames suit my face shape. Also so impressed with Paris for chasing up my order today and for getting back to me really quickly.Would definitely recommend this store.
