Australia Post - Freshwater LPO

They lost my parcel/document.And were unhelpful when sending the item as well as when I asked them to help to find it. Worst service ever. And I have paid $35 for the postage.Always queue at the office and a huge mess!Because I'm not the first time customer, I saw many people having issues with their service, walking away irritated. I don't think they should run this business at all as it's a waste of other people time and nerves.Update: the document was finally delivered, 3 months later vs 2 weeks advised by the post office owner. It was just one day before I had an appointment to get a copy which would cost me >$100.I’m considering rerouting to another branch which will still cost me, but hopefully save some time and nerves in the future.

The service was delightful!! I had to send 3 separate parcels of varying weights and sizes and was a little confused about pricing from looking at the AusPost website. The woman who helped me was extremely helpful and patient. Highly recommend!

Amy and the team always provide great service. I have been a customer for 10yrs and no issues they couldn't solve. It's a Local post office (LPO) not a big one, very personal service.

Friendly and efficient every time.

I am calling right now for the 9th time this morning during the listed business hours and no-one is picking up the phone. Once or twice is fine... we all get busy - but this is just plain bad service.

I was worried to even go in store here because of the previous reviews but I honestly don’t know what everyone is talking about. The staff are extremely happy and bubbly I spent over 30mins in here on two separate occasions and only saw great service offered with good customer service and manners.As a business owner I know how important reviews are and I couldn’t go past ensuing I wrote my own so that it wouldn’t deter others in the future

Consistently poor customer service. Yesterday was the last straw. they looked for a parcel I had to collect and told me it was not there and to come back later. The Postwoman then walked in and said yes it is there. They looked again and yes my parcel was there all along. No apology from them, nothing.

I wouldn't want to leave a low star rating as its a bit unfair but post offices like any other business need to work out when customers need it's services - I can't imagine its between 9-5 mon - Fri.

Terrible experience at Freshwater Post Office. I tried calling all morning (and previous days) and no answer. When I walked in with my newborn to apply for a passport I was told I needed to call to make an appointment. When I asked a few questions of what was needed the lady was rude, dismissive and kept picking at her nails (although having no one in the store).
