Michael showed up on time and did a quick, efficient and thorough job steam cleaning the carpets of our rental house. We are very happy with his friendly attitude and professional service and would recommend him to everyone.

I have a very large area of tiles and after 4 years in an open kitchen style home I had noticed my tiles were looking dull.I messaged Michael as it was a Sunday afternoon and he was very prompt in calling Monday morning. Michael came out the next day, inspected my tiles and cleaned a test patch, they were dirtier than I thought!We set a date and today Michael cleaned my tiles, let me say WOW what an improvement!Michael moved through my home with extra care, making sure to not transfer any solution on any furniture, he was also very careful with the skirting boards, he never once yanked at his hosing but prefered to pick it up and place it where it had to be.These small things I really appreciated, someone who actually cared about how well they did there job and treated my home like his own.I will be recommending Refresh Carpet Clean to anyone who needs it!10 stars Michael!!These photos do not do it justice...

Friendly, professional service. They were informative about the process and drying time. Prior to the service, they were very responsive to emails and happy to answer all questions. I would happily use them again and highly recommend them.

Michael was fantastic, very friendly. He arrived early to clean our carpets and was very flexible with booking time around work. Michael was thorough and went through the house with me beforehand so he knew what I wanted and then explained to me the best type of clean for us. I was impressed with the service provided. We moved houses and have two cats (so a bit of cat hair everywhere!). Michael made the process very easy for us! I have no hesitations recommending Michael and Refresh Carpet Care.
