Marr Creek Rest Area
Only been here twice. Good location.The grass was a bit long and the bins were full.Local council appears not to be doing their job very well.

Gorgeous spot to catch a view. Nice clean toilets, seating areas with a wood BBQ spot and plenty of rubbish bins.

Nice place to spend one night. Free camping area with toiletes but not showers. Very nice and quite place, we’ve been alone!

Marr Creek Rest Area
We took our canoes and had picnics here as kids. The water was clear and there were lots of smooth river rocks to skim. Tortoises sunning themselves on rocks would jump in as our canoes approached. Remember some of the relatives were a bit nervous the time we stopped there for a swim and we didn't have swimwear or towels.

Deserves 5 stars however that would make it impossible to get a spot next time I pass..ok 5 stars it is.
