They raise there prices when they feel like and have no loyalty to there long term customers. Also there was evidence mice were present and that was on the first floor.

Helpful staff with great prices. I didn't know what sort of boxes I'd need for my move but the guys in store were quickly able to point me in the right direction and also suggested the number of boxes that I'd need. They made my shopping experience stress free. Thanks guys

Rented a small space. Secure and dry. Fees are good and not too expensive, staff here helped me out a lot and I would definitely use them again and refer friends there if they needed to rent storage space.

Showed up random lock on our unit on the day we move out. No one around to work out what’s going on. So much stuffing around and inconsistency wouldn’t come back again 0/5

My daughter was to move out of her home of 9 years and her furniture to National Storage Capalaba yesterday but was approved for another rental just the day before. We were able to cancel the storage unit and get a full refund with no hassle at all. Very happy to have this sorted stress free!

This place is top notch.They helped me out big time.I have been storing with national storage on and off for about 10 years and so far Capalaba has been the best, prices are good, access is great and staff are nice and friendly.Update: 21/5/18As previously mentioned this place was great and very helpful. Big shout out to Jeremy for all his help and making my time here easy and a pleasure. Thank you

This was a lovely walk along the creek behind the Capalaba Medical Centre, taking you behind the storage place and very talented ' artists' at work that day.Lots of wildlife and birds.You can walk all the way to Cleveland from here.Probably parallel to Finicane Rd.Lovely forest beside the creek and board walks as well.Do not be put off by graffiti...it is very good.
