Sassco

We were using SASSCO at my previous employer (restaurant at Darling Harbour). It's the easiest software and it's reliable. I remember having so many problems with other software but SASSCO has been fantastic. I recommend this software to busy restaurants.

The new online bookings option is working well and customers are able to book a table online and we see it instantly on the POS. no need for expensive 3rd party booking systems that cost $$$$ ... this system has it all!Ingredient control allows for full menu costing and low stock reporting keeps the kitchen informed for timely ordering. From gift vouchers management, loyalty programs, rostering and staff clock reports, the features are many.Its so easy to add menu items on the fly and with the waiter tablets, orders are taken at the table going directly to the kitchen saving time. What we also love is the fact that it is developed in Sydney and support is exemplary! .... well done SASSCO !!from specialty pizza shops and cafes to enterprise (multi business) establishments... Started using SASSCO POS for a venue 5 years ago and it's been great. Easy to use and simple to update menu items. Did not hesitate to use again for my new venue. Pre and post sales service has been great. Highly recommend

Hi. I am using non cloud POS system and Waiter POS. And I am very satisfied with them. But yesterday login failure happened on Waiter POS and I was told by support staff that I have to pay $399 for upgrade. Initially, I was told by sale person there is no ongoing fee, but now I pay $220 annual for support. Then do I have to pay $399 for every app upgrade?

I have been using a SASSCO tablet pos system for some months now in the cafe I manage. Having used a number of different POS systems over the years I find this one to be extremly user friendly and intuitive. Importantly it is easily customisable. The after sales service has been excellent with the team at SASSCO quick to find solutions to unforseen issues that always arrise. I couldnt reccomend a SASSCO POS more highly for an affordable, reliable, easy to use system...

We've been impressed with the SASSCO POS systems software and support throughout the past 2 years for our restaurant. The software is easy to change and modify. A good software and a great support for pos systems.

I went to the SASSCO showroom, in North Sydney, and was very impressed with their Tablet POS System. I purchased the package for my Cafe in the Central Coast and six months down the track, I am extremely pleased with the performance and also the fantastic support that I have received.

I have been using ssasco variation for 5 years in my cafe/takeaway. Its fully customizable menu and popup system is a life saver. All the varieties of hardware I've attached over the time has always been compatible and the reporting system is what I required and upload able in my format preference. This is the best system I've come across for my small fast service cafe.
