Brought a $1500 computer. It never arrived because the freight company lost it and messed us both around. After over a month of the freight company 'looking' for the lost computer, they just gave up and declared it lost. They didn't even provide T-Gear with an insurance claim so they had to pay the $1500 refund to me out of their own pockets. T-Gear could've been clearer about the situation with me. But I got a refund.

Read their terms and conditions on the website because if you live outside Bris and have to send back it will cost a fortune! (And will take 4-6 weeks!) We purchased from Sydney and to ship back for repairs would have cost hundreds. We ended up having 2 problems with the PC, power supply and hard drive both replaced. Got them fixed locally but also cost a fortune to do that. If you can easily return the item, then buy it. But if not (like us) then don't. We took the risk thinking that it will be fine, but parts used aren't quality and you will definitly have to return it.
