Amir is the best phone repairer i’ve ever met. l have gone to the shop multiple times to fix my iphone 11 pro max and l always leave with a great outcome. I would 110% recommend going to Platinum Link if you need a device repaired.

Worst customer service. Its highly disgraceful how they ill treat their customers rudely. The tall guy with the glasses first calls and doesn't have the odicity to listen to the customer and hangs up on the face saying they are busy and got other customer. Why discriminate in between customers when you are the one to call? He qoutes, I am the technician

Not happy with the repair. I understand it was a aftermarket screen, but it only lasted a month and then it fell out of my phone. Went somewhere else to get a new screen today. Even the touch screen response didn’t work properly. The new iPhone battery he put in only lasted 2 hours full charge. Was not happy at all.Replaced both components at mobile experts today.

Only giving this one star as there is no option for ZERO. This place is to be avoided to save your time and money. Got a screen replaced which was not installed properly , when went to show it back, this guy trying to rip more money . Pathetic workmanship and no integrity in his own profession!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Polite and Informative.I had my Samsung S22 Ultra repaired with Amir. The phones charging port had suddenly stopped working and Amir provided a quick and effecient service of changing the port and applying a new screen protector in around a half hours time. When all was fixed he showed me the old part and explained what work he had done.I highly recommend Amir for his cheap, reliable and effecient service.

Dont bother with this greedy place . Patiently waited 10 minutes while staff owner? Was putting an ipad screen protector on for a customer to ask about my screen repair for my phone. Asked if i could get an invoice or quote of some kind on paper or message whatever and flat response of we charge for that ... $60.... what a joke .. he said why should i do it for free ... ummm customer service dropkick... my 400+ repair job went to your competitor 100 metres away who happily gave me a quote to my phone in under 2 mins.... will happily spread word to all our customers in westpoint to not come and see you . Good jobEdit - response to mr stupid ....Mate you're a dropkick. You could see my phone screen was damaged , no frauds here except for you . Look at all your petty responses to all the negative reviews .. anyone else see the theme there ...
