An absolutely disgusting behavior from heather ! Came to her today with my senior dad for a blood test as per the dr request, asked if its possible to do a blood test for him as he was fasting. We didnt know what time they close, it was 1pm and apparently they close at 1 pm. We asked politely if she could do the blood test and she told us off in a very rude way and closed the door! For a health service provider its an absolute disgrace to treat a senior person or any person this way!
