Order to be ready 7.15Turned up just after and told would b ready in a few minutes. Waited 20mins not wanting to be pushy thinking they were really busy. After person ordered after me received their pizza I asked how long mine would be. They couldn’t find the order. So palmed me off when I arrived without checking where was up to. They then looked at me blankly and told me they didn’t receive order. Showed my order on my phone. Asked for manager who. She then found it in the rack where it had been this whole time. I can understand an order going missing but not lazy people who couldn’t be bothered checking. Then when I arrived home the pizzas were terrible. Wish I could show a photo.Everyone makes mistakes - it’s how they are handled that’s important. I didn’t even receive an apology.Also, been coming to this store almost weekly for years. Never again.

My girlfriend was the only one out of our group that ordered a chicken and cambert pizza and she ended up with food poisoning the next day. Unacceptable.

Although I'm rating 4 stars, I'd give 5 to the delivery drivers. You guys are always a pleasure to deal with and this is from someone who hates accepting deliveries. Pizza is inconsistent but generally pretty good. Dominos is kind of going downhill with the ingredient changes it's made which isn't the store's fault.

Order was over 30 minutes late after the forgot to put in some of the order, then after all that they forgot the garlic bread. At no point did I get any apology, only rudeness from the staff, ‘it’s not ready yet’ and ‘oh yeah, you did order a garlic bread’, big shame as this is my closest domino’s but I will not be heading back there again, or recommending this store to anyone. I understand it can be stressful at times and things can go wrong but the staff need better training to deal with customers in this situation… the least I could’ve gotten was a sorry about the wait or mistake!

I was Not aware that the pizza for large is so small and thin pizza is biscuit base. Garlic bread & cheese Garlic good
