I wouldn’t even rate one star if I had an option. So I bought a wig turns out it was a faulty wig. I came in the next day with a receipt and everything. They did not want to replace it for me even though legally I’m entitled to a return or refund.Took it up with fair trading and the co owner actually denied my request. Terrible customer service. Never would recommend because if you have an issue with a faulty product they don’t look after their customers.

As a professional hairdresser with extensive experience and customer service experience, this place has everything to offer except customer service. Sadly when it comes to wigs, hairpieces and extensions there are customers and clients with health issues and the staff here are not trained to provide this service with a sensitive and personal experience.I went in wanting to try on several wigs as I already knew what I wanted.Unfortunately I was left waiting while she attended to 4 other customers while I sat in my chair but when I tried to put a wig on myself I was rudely told to not touch it.I was ready to purchase upto 7 wigs and I was treated as if I was just there for fun.

been a loyal customer for 1 year now always been treated fairly until recently i went in to have my weaves taken up and tightened, my weaves have always lasted 6+ weeks this time my weaves fell almost completely out after 2 weeks i have asked the hair dresser to fix the issue and they have turned around and said they will charge me for this !!?? im a loyal customer and do not feel i have been treated fairly ! i will not be recommending this place too anyone !! as clearly it only about the money and not about the customers ! very poor i would appreciate the consideration to fix this issue asap ! or ill have to take this further.

Sold hair extensions saying 100% hair but hair melted when straightened even after we asked if it was ok.Left details for owner to call me but never called. Arranged to meet him on site never turned up.Be careful what you buy.

All they want is for you to buy something quickly as possible and will catch a attitude with you if u ask any questions. I bought a human hair wig for $450 which been on display and tried on for who knows how long. Then they throw it in any leftover wig packet they can find behind the counter. Save yourself money and buy exact same wig online from USA brand new in a nice box for half the price.

Go here every now and then to buy some hair products or extensions. Positive is it's easy to find, close to public transport and they stock various hair products at reasonable prices. But lately I haven't been wanting to go there because the attitude of the sales assistant or girl who works at the counter. I see I'm not the only one thinking she has an attidude by reading the other reviews. Shes very in your face. I like to shop in peace and browse the shelves. I know what I want that's why I'm at the store.. The Sales assistant just needs to work on her customer service and let shoppers shop in peace, it's a small shop if we need help or recommendations we will ask. I didn't even want to look at the other side of the hair products shelf incase the sales assistant followed me or asked me if I needed help or know what I was looking for. Might try another store or online.

I went to the store in bankstown and I wanted to see their buns to try on and see if it looks nice but they asked me buy it and it looks good but then I wanted to take it back for an exchange on the product and they said they don’t do exchanges even though the product was in perfect condition and with the tag no damage and the receipt honestly need to look after the customers better

Unprofessional and rude customer service. I urgently needed a step 2 (to a 1-2 step treatment I was incorrectly sold). I already had an unpleasant experience with the owner, on the phone. This branch was no different, girl at the front had a nasty attitude. I drove all the way from the Eastern Suburbs, and have been greeted by extreme unprofessionalism. Online shopping is a way better experience than wasting money and energy on these fools.
