I turned up on their doorstep a day early than booked as I had to leave Sydney unexpectedly on a long road trip. It had been a while since the last service and I was anxious to confirm that the car was OK before driving more than 1000k in the next two days. Despite the lack of appointment, the guys fitted the service in on the spot while I waited. I really appreciated their care and their excellent work. Will always take the car back there.

Ultra Tune Crows Nest
We had a great experience here and would highly recommend them. We had a tire puncture and the gentleman there was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Most impressively, we only called about 20 minutes earlier and within 30 minutes of the tire getting punctured, it was all patched up and back on the road. This was the first time we ever had an issue with our car but we’ll know where to go in the future!

Felt like a very out dated shop.Brought my car in for a yearly service, no communication as to what was checked and what needed replacing. When I asked, they gave me the bare minimum response, and even mistook my car for a different car.Eventually, was only given the paperwork after I paid and was able to see what was done and how much each part cost.Probably won't go back again, surely better service elsewhere.

Great experience, staff were friendly and made the whole experience comfortable and easy. I had a service, pink slip and needed new brakes, this was all done within the agreed timeframe for a reasonable price with excellent communication. Definitely recommend!!
