I would not recommend utilizing this property management team whatsoever. I found them rude, unprofessional with a lack of follow up. This agency churns through property managers, and from my experience of their services for 5+ years, they don’t complete a handover of commitments and promises made. I find it poor when, as a remote landlord who is entrusting their services and paying for their attention to the detail, I had to consistently follow up as the property was mismanaged and not maintained to a consistent standard.

I have had the pleasure of being represented by Rebecca Trott (Bec) in the selling of our property in Gracemere. Bec has been fantastic right from the beginning. It was like we were her only clients and the time she put in to get our desired result was surpassed. The advice given certainly went a long way to getting that result. Looking for a new rental accommodation for my family, I found a property that suited our needs and contacted Anthony to view the property. On his advice we lodged our application and he then contacted us to make a suitable time to inspect the property. That evening we had a follow up email to say our application had been submitted to the property owners and we’d hear back within 24 hours . The following morning he called to say our application had been approved. Anthony was at all times very professional and a pleasure to deal with making what can be a stressful time an easy and smooth process .
