Despite waiting one month to receive my appliance, I received a reminder every Monday that I wasn't forgotten. When I had a query, Lee always had an answer for me. The appliance arrived without any damage, which I observed. However, there was a manufacturing flaw on the bottom that required to be fixed before installation while installing it. It did require a lot of time and work. Although I was told to wait to remove the shipping container's bottom section until I was ready to install. When delivered, I would suggest that it be taken off and the bottom examined. Now that I've installed the dryer, everything is good and it looks amazing. Amazing experience with Sam in particular and inexpensive World. Finding a high-end washer and dryer in the current market is undoubtedly challenging. Sam gave us clear guidance, put a lot of effort into figuring out what would work for us, and researched different floor models to take the place of our current one. We ultimately chose to order a used (very) high end since it struck a compromise between shipment time and the features we needed.I would strongly advise.

MANY THANKS! On July 10, our refrigerator died. That evening, I purchased a temporary 13.9cf from Home Depot. It's impossible to find pandemic appliances, but Cheap World had this GE Profile on the floor, and I struck gold. Sam was excellent! Everyone from the delivery workers, the individuals working in the showroom, to the repairman were quick to respond when we had a used refrigerator. STRONGLY suggest!

Hardy at Cheap World is the sweetest and most accommodating employee I've ever encountered at any store! He was able to get us a Samsung refrigerator much sooner than our other neighbors in our complex, who will have to wait until April or May. He also helped us get a great deal on a used LG washer. We can truly boast about this! Please don't hesitate to purchase the necessary secondhand appliances from Cheap World.

Normally don't post reviews but just wanted to thank the staff at cheap world for being incredibly helpful with swapping a top loader machine we purchased for a front loader. The staff were very helpful and reasonable, even took the old machine when they delivered the new one. First machine worked great and haven't really tried the second but am sure it will be great too.
