Scolded for choosing a different mode of taking off my nail polish claiming it takes longer, even after explaining that the faster method hurts my nails. Even was compared with another customer sitting across me saying she came much later and already done. Claimed that I will take an hour and it is a long time, I said I don't mind. My hand kept being pulled and turned while talking to the other staff next to her, I felt really uncomfortable and I did not like how I was treated. I came her a long time ago but never came back but a friend gave me a birthday gift card that is why I came to the shop. I hope they correct the attitude towards the customers for their own good.

Super rough on my nails, hurt me multiple times and my technician was really rude. Have usually had a good experience there but will not go back again now.

Terrible customer service. The person doing my nails mistakenly applied a top coat nail polish on my cuticles instead of cuticle oil. Rather than fixing the issue by removing it and using the proper oil, she berated her coworkers for her mistake and then passed it off like nothing had happened. Clearly the workers at this shop think they are smarter and better then their customers if they are willing to pull such shenanigans. Plus a very messy job on both the mani and pedi and very rough handling of my feet and hands. Will never go back there again. AVOID THIS SALON AT ALL COSTS!!

Should have read through the newest reviews before I went in. It was a nightmare. The staff was so rude. Rushing me to pick a colour. And when I asked her to fix the shape of the extension, she said I asked for a coffin shape which is like that. Haven’t had an extension where the end of it is wider than my own nails. She was so rough with all the steps. Nails were still hurt the day after. Had to go to another shop to redo it. Don’t waste your money here!

I feel awful giving such a low rating but it's necessary.I went in for a spa Pedi and some SNS nails with tips, the ladies were all friendly and absolutely lovely.The nails I had done were not the best quality nails. Two of my nails snapped that night and a couple of my nails were shaped pointing to the left (i didn't notice until I had already left)Also, the way the spa pedicure was given was a little different than I was used to, the dry parts of my feet were only scrubbed with a sponge and didn't do much if anything to help smooth the skin.I guess this is the risk you take when you visit a nail salon in a shopping centre, but as I was visiting from Melbourne, I had no idea about where to go!

i left with bubbly un-cured acrylic nails. the lady’s here have been very nice to me the two times i’ve been there but their service is rushed and bad. first time i got acrylics with a plain colour and they were fine but not shaped very well and pained a bit shabby, second time i went for infills was super bad. got a french tip sort of design, the lady got big chunks of polish to paint on the tips and when i left my nails were all lumpy from the thick polish. the lines were also super uneven and wobbly. later that night one of the bubbles “popped” and inside was uncured gel that went all over my fingers. went to a way better place today to get them fixed where the lady works at the exact same speed but does a much nicer job and makes the nails look way nicer. the people at professional often aren’t working too fast they just don’t care enough and don’t have that much skill. i would’ve gone back and asked them to fix them for free but i didn’t trust they’d be able to do any better of a job so i just forked out more money to get them fixed properly. not going back

Went in for a manicure as my hands needed some serious TLC and they basically just chucked seem polish on. Didn't do my cuticles, didn't put any creams on. My hands are in worse condition leaving then walking in. Worst manicure I've ever recieved.

Did my pedicure within 15 mins … absolutely poor work , water was cold and the girl who did the job seemed like a trainee with no training ..never going back.Called them to explain what happened and wanted to see if I could get a fix , absolutely rude staff and was told that they deal with a lot of customers everyday and it not their fault but the customer’s fault if they are unhappy .Pathetic

Absolutely terrible service. The lady named Cindy was so incredibly rude and unprofessional. Her quality of nail was poor and I will not be going here again. Cindy was rude and grabbed my arm and cut me with her nails she grabbed me so hard. Why would you want to get your nails done when the salon staff are violent, racist and rude.

These are honestly the worst shellac nails I have ever had. I accept I went on Xmas Eve on a very busy day. however, I still paid for this service and was appalled. Shellac splashed all over the sides of my fingers. Gluggy. Man was rough and rude. The nails have chipped within 24 hours. Sides of nails not even touching. Appalling.
