Despite there being a shortage of parking at Karrinyup shopping centre yesterday a Being Courier double parked across 2 bays- a disabled bay AND seniors bay (no disabled sticker) there’s no excuse for that. You aren’t emergency services. Have photo with license plate if you’d like it.

Been a long-standing customer and watched this service generally deteriorate and at times be woefully slow. As part of a huge ASX-listed conglomerate CTI, they are just too big to care about the smaller customer, the mum and dad businesses and the working man just trying to earn a fair living. I’ve put up with their excuses, slow services, overcharging and the one-way fuel levy that never reduces, for too long now. I wont give them my business anymore.

Service is good - very fast delivery, but the customer service is very poor. All the staffs I've talked to on the phone were very unfriendly and sounded frustrated all the time.
