I went there for just a 15 minutes massage for tense feet/calves. They said they had to be quick so I said it’s ok I can come back later but they insisted.The gentleman who massaged spent the whole time just pinching and slapping my legs, no oils were used so in was extremely painful and tense.I was so uncomfortable and just wanted it to be over - still paid $40 for a horrible experience.Avoid here.

This place is gross. They usually reuse the bed sheet and never change them. Also the towel, they never wash they just fold them like a flower to make them nice and clean. I heard them teach the new staff.

Worst experience ever and I didn’t even have a massage their. Enquired about having a massage at the front counter and this lady had the most disdain look on her face. I had to repeat what I said as she appeared to selectively hear me where she then shouted “How Long” then looked back down at her phone. I left after that.If you could score negatives stars for this place I would.

*Warning* this was the worst massage I have ever received. Done by the man who smells like cigarettes. I left with bruises on my inner thigh from where he grabbed my leg. As noted in other reviews lots of slapping and pinching. I felt violated and am still shaken up. Considering if we should report to the Police. Do Not Go Here. Would give zero stars if possible

I went for an hour massage and it was the worst experience!While the guy doing my treatment was massaging my face and scalp his hands smelt of smoke, I wanted to vomit.I also asked him to use oil which he did not.very dissappointed.

Decent massage but they make you sign a form saying you've received your massage and it was satisfactory before the massage! I queried this and they said yes but you already claimed it. just because I'm paying upfront, doesn't mean I should have to sign a document saying its already been done.

I've been going to this place for a long time, in general very good service but whatever you do avoid a gentleman called Jerry (relatively new). When he's having a bad day he'll take it on you, not provide the service, very rude and demanding from a recent experience until a young woman got involved, yelled at him and sorted it all out. Vivian is really good and if you're after a really firm massage ask for Robin.

Came here as I had a stiff neck and shoulders. After considerable pain, left not only with a stiff neck and shoulders, but red marks which the day after turned into bruises all down my back. Painful experience. She pinched, used her elbows excessively and had no English. I will never return. A dreadful, painful experience.

Asked for half hour neck massage. Massaged my neck for 2 mins then my back for the rest. Asked repeatedly to massage my neck but just ignored me. Had an argument at the end and still refused to massage my neck and shoulders. Very rude and waste of $55
