HIGHLY RECOMMEND!Where do I start I am very pleased and happy with the service, the quality, on time delivery, meets expectations, the price honestly the cheapest I went to manyyyy furniture shops to buy couches for my new living area and wow grateful to have had beds n dreams make my dream sofasI'm soo happy honestly over the moon btw I'm a very picky person! My custom made sofas got delivered in 3 weeks !!Thank youu

Worst place ever purchased a mattress and was told the mattress will become soft after 2 weeks it's been months now and the mattress is still the same firm. My body is always aching I paid 2000 for this mattress shame on you giving very bad advice just to sell a mattress next time keep your advice to your selfs until you are asked and the worker just kept hovering around us not letting us try the mattress in peace at our own comfort putting people under pressure when people need your help they will come to you and ask. Leave people be I want another mattress

I came the store today and was greeted very kindly by Eddie, who provided the best service possible in the industry. He liked to engage with the customer whilst still satisfying theirs needs. He only intended for the best for his customers which is very reassuring. Very straight to the point and a very easy process for buying beds and frames. If only I could rate this place 10 stars then I would. Thanks Eddie for making everything so easy and simple, definitely recommending to all my friends and family!!

ALWAYS a 5 star experience when I purchase anything from beds n dreams Bankstown. I live up the coast, and still only use beds n dreams ( bankstown specifically) to buy my mattress. Everyone there is absolutely amazing ! Eddie honestly has picked the best seletctions of mattresses at his store. My latest purchase was the hypnos and it is seriously the best thing ive slept on in my life.

Worst customer service! We were told upon purchase worst case scenario we would be receiving our suite in 4-6 weeksIt took 6 months for us to get our complete bedroom suite.They never gave us follow up phone calls to advise of anything, we were constantly calling to find out what was going on.The woman at the store is so rude! I will gladly travel to another store next time to ensure I don't have to deal with these people again.Do yourself a favour & avoid this place.Not worth the hassle.
