Unreliable service. Cleaners are 2.5 hrs late or don't arrive at all. Never responds to emails. Completely unsuited to working with people with a disability. NDIS participants should look elsewhere.

Reccomended by my real estate my bond clean took 9± days. My oven trays were outside for over a week. Kat took my keys locking me out. She refused my calls and ignored texts. Her time management meant the carpets were cleaned after the pest control was done voiding the treatment. She claims to have had the pest treatment redone. Who knows? I never saw the house cleaned. I did video her progress on day 7,8,9 and their was no change. Dirty floors, walls and sugar and tea still on benchtop from moving day! Fridge cavity was not done. I could keep writing. Blinds not done etc etc. One visit the air con and all fans going but I had no key so couldn't turn them off. The next time the heater on for god knows how long. After that I passed the transaction on to the real estate. It was stressful and not worth the $810.I get that stuff happens especially during covid but a bit of open communication wouldn't go astray.I was a commercial cleaner for many years. Unacceptable. The two stars because I got my bond back eventually.

The team at VIP Cleaning are amazing. Our property management team work super close with them for most of our bond cleans, top up cleans and carpet cleaning. Always overly impressed with their work, manage to fit in last minute jobs for us all the time. Very easy to deal with and super good pricing. 100% recommend them for your next clean or bond clean.

Fantastic service when I asked Kat and her team to clean my entire home's windows, flyscreens and tracks which had got too much for me. When I returned home, everything was gleaming and I could not have been happier. Thankyou and highly recommend this professional business :)
