After having a look around at options for the whole family, we were very impressed by the service and advice. The quality of the bikes available was great. Ended up buying 4 bikes for the family . Can't recommend this shop highly enough

Great little bike hire shop, the customer service was great. Told us to take as much time as we needed and gave us a little nap to follow to go along the bike tracks and avoid the roads and get to the berry patch.Would definitely recommend it as an activity to do when in the area.The bikes were a little old but well serviced and had no problems with them.

I bought this bike today from here, good value for 2k, & a matching coloured helmet which was expensive but worth it to match the bike, I have had a few much older E-bikes & this thing blew my mind, there effortless to ride & you get so much boost its incredible, hardly have to peddle at all, 3 settings it's so much fun to ride & at 53 I aint as fit as I was years ago, so I need the extra help. Better value for money than the E-bikes I saw in Launceston bike shops, & ulverstone & penguin are perfect for E-bikes.

Had a spoke snap on my Fuel EX out at Penguin, 8:30 on a weekday. Was in the region for two days so would have liked to be riding again in the afternoon or the next day. Went in at 9 and Conor the legend fit me in, got it repaired in half an hour, charged a great rate, and even gave me some great information that a local would know. Bike shop is tidy and easy to navigate, prices were fair on bikes and cleaning supplies, and easily accessible. Great stuff, and thanks again Conor!
