Loved it. The charcoal chicken was not as salty as el-jannah's and was also cheaper!! Also, ask them for falafels to go, cheapest in town but still tasty!

Foods are great, but pick up service needs improvement.When someone orders through phone and ask when it's done, please give us realistic time!2nd time order for pick up, came in 20 mins later to anticipate the wait and I still need to wait another 15-20min! It's not even busy/ lunch hours.Please, pretty please! I don't mind if it's gonna take 30min or more, just don't over compromise your timing!Sincerely,Hangry customer

The chicken was a bit saltier than I liked and also had a vinegary undertone. But overall pretty good chicken, very good value and friendly service.

NegativeWanted to try a good cross section of food as I have been told from multiple sources that it was one of the best Lebanese restaurants in Sydney. We got a quarter of chicken and chips with 3 dips, Lebanese bread, pickles and tabouli, which was about $29 each. This was not cheap.Looked out the back to sit down but it was a bit dinghy with hookah smoke wafting through the air. This fine if that's what you're after. We opted to sit out the front as we were not in the mood for all the smoke.PositiveThis was some of the best Lebanese food I have had in a long time. The dips were perfect - with baba ganoush having a great smokey flavour. Charcoal chicken also had a great charcoal taste! Plenty of food, left full to the rafters.I think I have found my New favourite Lebanese. I have been hearing about this place for years and am glad i finally tried it for myself. I have converted and will return to try falafel etc.

Terrible service, had ordered 3 chicken wrap meals. Had been lied to that they were being cooked when i had called when i arrived when they were actually done for more than half an hour. Received food cold and not edible. Will never order and buy from them again.

Terrible customer service. Called up for an order and was told it was going to take 30mins. I waited another 50 mins and my order was STILL not ready!! Ruined my celebration as guests were waiting for over an hour. Would not trust or recommend to come here.

Good shawarma, reminds of the authentic flavours. Could have been 5 stars if you had Pita on the menu or if the Lafa was like the original thick dough Lafa. Will be back.
