Our wedding day was ✨perfect✨, and there is no way it could have come close without Emma. What makes Emma unique is her genuine warmth and kindness. Emma wasn’t just focused on the day running smoothly (though she did that absolutely perfectly), she really cared about our experience.After hiring Emma as a Day of Coordinator, we received an exceptional level of care for all the months leading up to our wedding day. As soon as we booked Emma, all our stress melted away, there was no need to worry because we knew Emma had it sorted. She had pages of online guides and forms to help us. Emma even called my partner Suny and I the days before and after the wedding, just to check in and chat.Our wedding had lots of little details that needed to be worked out as we DIY’d the drinks, had two venues, and had a lot of personal decorative items. She delegated with the vendors so well and made sure the venue decorations were up to mark, thereby saving us a lot of time and effort. On the wedding day, I mentioned in passing that I had a headache and Emma left the wedding to get me Nurofen. At the end of the night, Emma had a big box of wedding food for us and even gave us a lift to our accommodation!Suny and I treasure Emma. She is the absolute best, thank you Emma for being such a super star.

We had an amazing experience with Emma. Our wedding was everything we wanted. Emma took our brief and organised the best vendors and styled the event to suit us as a couple. Her communication was perfect, always getting back to an email within 24hrs (often after I took days to get back to her!) and being available for a number of phone meetings. We through a few curve balls at her and she handled them without a problem.She took the stress out of planning a wedding and delivered a day that we will never forget. Highly recommend Emma for any couple planning their nuptials!

Emma was an absolute GOD SEND to us. We were having such a hard time with planning, and when we were struggling with our (first) venue, we reached out to Emma. We booked her in for her on-the-day coordination package and soon, we went from pulling-out-our-hair stressed to cool, calm and collected again. Emma helped us to manage all the twists and turns of wedding planning, coordinated with our vendors beautifully and was just a phone call away whenever we needed advice. I will never forget how helpful she was on the day - offering to refill our wines, saving some canapés for us after we missed cocktail hour due to the photos, and just managing everything beautifully. Emma, we simply couldn’t have done it without you. Don’t even hesitate - book her now!!

Met this lovely lady while working in Melbourne at a wedding. She was friendly, energetic, professional and attention to detail was on point which is exactly what you want in a wedding planner. I was there as the celebrant and stayed on as a guest so saw Emma and her team from start to finish and they didn’t miss a beat.The whole event was flawless!Highly recommend!

Emma is the organisation Queen! We opted for the on the day coordination package, and it was honestly the best wedding decision we made! Emma is so knowledgable, she gave us so many great recommendations for venues and suppliers. Even though we had booked the on the day package, Emma still checked in with us every month, and she was available anytime we had a question.She was so calm and level headed throughout the whole process which really helped ease so much wedding anxiety. We had a DIY wedding, so brought a lot of things in, and we could not have organised it all without her. The whole process was seamless. The day went so smoothly, it was literally perfect! We didn't have to worry about a thing! It was so nice to be able to relax on our day knowing that everything was taken care of. We even had comments from guests saying how amazing she was! If you're starting to plan your wedding, do yourself a favour and chat to Emma, she is the best!!

We cannot recommend Emma’s service highly enough.We had a DIY wedding with quite a few moving parts and quickly realised we had bitten off more than we could chew.When Emma came into the picture she immediately saved us significant amounts of money by renegotiating some of the quotes we had, prompted us to think about stuff we had never even considered and generally made it possible for our dream to come alive.We were free to enjoy and be present for our whole wedding day, not having stress about any of the details.And to top it off, she is such a delightful person with a great sense of humour. Thank you Emma and to anyone looking for some help with their wedding, do yourself a favour and get Emma on your team.

Wow, incredible! If we could give more than 5 stars we would! We thought we wanted to hire Emma but turns out we NEEDED her. Our wedding would not have been the day it was without Emma and her team. We booked Emma for the 'on the day co-ordination' for our private property wedding and it was the best money we spent. The day was seamless and so relaxed. Emma is the most genuine, organised and approachable person. We can guarantee you that not a single detail will be missed if you have Emma on your team!

Emma, what can we say?! From the moment we had our first call with her, we knew she was exactly the missing piece to our wedding. Emma is friendly, knowledgeable and went over and above any and all of our expectations. From meeting us at our venue and listening to our vision for our wedding day, to keeping us on track in the lead up to the day and communicating with all of our suppliers, to the big day where everything ran perfectly! There was not a single ounce of stress on our wedding day and that was because of Emma. If anyone is thinking about whether to have an on the day coordinator or someone to coordinate everything, we cannot recommend Emma enough and trust us you will not think twice about it!
