Brilliant, professional and great service. John came to our house measured the job and it was installed with no issues at all. Installation took 45 minutes and the representative was extremely efficient. Shower screen has transformed our tired looking bathroom. Highly recommend this great South Australian business!

Terrible service. Only giving 2 stars instead of one because the finished product (of what has been completed) is passable. Have been given 5 different install dates, mostly they don't show up or show up unannounced when we aren't home. Today they came but couldn't complete the job because the metal frame had been cut wrong and couldn't be fixed on site. Still have no word on when our wardrobe doors will be installed despite asking several times.Have been in touch with customer service already multiple times so a generic response to this post to contact customer service will not be well received.Do not use these guys if you can avoid.

Terrible warranty service!Don't expect much. My mirror development rust marks shortly after install. Regency explained that cleaning products cause this and I was at fault.After exhaustive research by myself I discovered that there was no bead of silicon on the top edge of the mirror which would minimise condensation 'yes folks, condensation' falling behind the mirror and thus causing the rust. That sounds like an install fault.If your builder uses Regency, don't expect quality.

Replaced an old Regency shower screen with a new semi frameless one. Both the guy who quoted and the installer were professional. Waited around a week from accepting quote to install for job to be completed on time. Happy with the service. Not sure why such bad reviews here.

We have a large residential building in Brisbane, Over 3 years we have had 4 shower screens explode (these things happen with imported glass) and 4 out of close to 450 shower screens is a small percentage. In November 2017 I tried to get one of these replaced. 1st install in December they didn't show up. 2nd attempt at the install they made the wrong size. Since February 2018 we have been chasing up the installation of this shower screen to no avail. the owners of the other apartments have given up on this and gone though another glass supplier. It is now October 2018 and we are still waiting despite being reassured numerous times that they have it on record they can't find any information on it. Jenny who I have spoken to is wonderful she recalled speaking to me about this and is currently chasing it up with the production team. but 11 months later is a bit too long. all the other reviews pretty much sum it up. AVOID!!!!

Regency Coorparoo WOW!! Zero stars if I could. Still waiting on our splashback despite 2 booking dates being locked in - first one they didn't even turn up and after a very long wait for 2nd booking the guys turned up to install and did not have our main feature splashback with them hence they couldn't install the small side panels. I cannot believe how many months this has taken. Incompetence on communication and production is an understatement. They took full payment months ago and we still do not have our splashback! Not Happy and wish we had seen the other similar reviews. Our last house we had the same custom designed splashback and the northside company we used (NOT REGENCY) took 2weeks to do a perfect job. Regency have lost us and the cabinet maker will never use them again!

Don't waste your time calling this company. Extremely disgusting attitude from Megan. When I queried on why I had been put on hold for over 5 minutes at 9am, she abruptly replied with not my fault. You don't know who I am - I could have been calling to arrange installation for 400 home resort! You've just lost our business!Incompetent staff need to learn how to apologise!!

Fantastic service. From the time that Stephen came to give me a quote to having my new shower frame installed, I could not fault him or the company.Excellent communication from the beginning to the end. The shower frame installer did a great job and also communicated to us if there were any time changes. I would recommend Regency Coorparoo to you.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they are not worth your time and money! After waiting two and a half months for my wardrobes to be installed and several no shows on the day of installation I ended up cancelling my order completely. If you happen to get a hold of customer service (I found this challenging on almost every occasion) they will simply put back your install date with no notice or prior contact.I always take these sort of reviews with a grain of salt but after reading the recent reviews over the past 6 months and based on my own experience it seems this company is either in a lot of trouble or they just have absolutely no idea what customer service is. I'm a reasonable person and I understand company's have busy periods and sometimes there are delays but this was simply unacceptable.

outstanding, after me leaving a not so nice message, they didn't get emotional just provided excellent customer service, specially Olivia (hope I got that right) she knew it was going to be very very close to closing time but stayed open to make sure I got my replacement door handle, small $10 part but I got the same excellent service a $10k customer would get, thankyou !def would trust them with your needs.p.s the showroom is AMAZING looking to
