I was greeted with friendliness by Denis & Justin at Godfrey’s Noarlunga. They were so helpful and their customer service is excellent. They deserve a pay rise.

The guys at this store are absolute legends. They've helped me many times that's why I always go back to buy.

Took our Dyson stick vacuum in hoping to get it serviced. The brush wasn’t spinning in the motorhead - I was pretty sure there was just hair wrapped around a bit inside that we didn’t have the tools to access.All the salesman did was tell us the whole vacuum was broken, basically should just throw it out, and we’d need a new one. I knew for sure it wasn’t, as with different attachments it all worked fine.Obviously they must work on commission so would rather me buy a new thousand dollar vacuum than actually help me with the one I’ve already got. So we just left. But they definitely ensured that when I do want to upgrade, I WON’T be buying from them.Ended up finding an off brand replacement motorhead online for $70 - and wouldn’t you know, vacuum still works perfectly.

I attended your store on Friday. When I walked in I was greeted by your salesman Chris. I wanted to see how the Tineco S5 worked. Chris demonstrated every aspect of the mop and gave me the most impressive demo.Chris was so good at his job being courteous and friendly, made me feel like the only person in the shop. I was so impressed by his high level of knowledge and customer service, I bought two of the mops for my adult daughters.Noarlunga Godfrey’s is the best store I have ever been in.

Drove to the shop to buy a vacuum cleaner. The shop had to order in the vacuum cleaner from another store and asked if I'd come back?? I went to the Good Guys.(Kates Bush, bye)
