It’s great when you can find a place to do Pilates one on one,The session was great, the hour, felt like 15 mins,I am not normally someone that listens, Timeah, is great, she cares and has the ability to push you, without pushing you too farI will be back, and I am sure over time with a better backI highly recommend TimeahMiles Primrose

Tim Tam Pilates is so much fun. Timeah is a lovely and engaging instructor who supports everyone of all ages and levels. The classes have dramatically increased my strength and flexibility.
