When i rang Solargain to source a replacement inverter for my 10 year old 1.5kw system I was lucky enough to speak to Graham Gormley in the Deception Bay office. He was very helpful and while happy to supply a replacement inverter he also gave me options as clearly my power usage had changed in 10 years. I decided to go for a new larger system and the whole process was very smooth with documentation being emailed to me in advance and the installation being done on the day that suited me. Overall they very professional and did exactly what they said they would do...and the system is working perfectly.

We decided to go with Solargain after elaborate search and were very pleasantly surprised and amazed at the quality of service they offered. Their sales representative Marcus was really through and very professional in providing us the options. He customized systems for us and made genuine suggestions which helped us choosing the system. Not only that the chief engineer was easily contactable and we were able to make a decision on the spot with their help and assistance. The installation of the system was done by professionals who were, without bias, the best in their job. They ensured we are informed of the entire process and kept our requirements a priority. Our overall experience with Solargain was really good and we would recommend it to anyone intending to get a solar, without hesitation. Keep up the great work guys! Very happy customers.

What an amazing experience!! With starting off with a bad experience with a cheap and nasty company, I am totally amazed by the customer service and product this company provides. From Graham my salesman answering all my questions in layman’s terms and provided me quotes on 6 different options, and showed my probable rebate each month, to my incredibly polite installer Phil and his crew who were amazing. Those guys never stopped! And all the follow up and help from Lillian in the head office has been awesome. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone looking at getting or upgrading their solar.

Solargain made the process really easy and answered all my questions honestly. Gave me multiple option for KW output and layout on my roof.They kept me informed the whole way through and completed everything on time.Price was good and an option to do a payment plan was available.Would recommend them to everyone.

Came to SolarGain via SolarQuotes website after I pulled the pin on a very cheap quote from SPN. SolarGain were very easy to talk to and gave me alot of advice. Quote as a bit higher but I felt more comfortable with them. Also the fact SolarGain are a CEC accredited Solar Retailer.Only negative is after the initial phone call and the supply of the quote I emailed back some questions there was silence for almost 2 weeks. However to their credit, once they got back in touch and sorted out all my questions they were able to offer and install date within just 1 week! (AND no Deposit!!!)The install was done 2weeks later (at my choice) and everything went well. They layout was what I wanted, the inverter was installed nicely and neatly. The electricians were both very nice and professional.I opted for the Zeverlution 5000 inverter. Its now happily cranking out 4.98kW peak, and 30kW-h on a sunny Autumn day.One of my favourite things is the cloud based phone app. The look, function and history data available is very good.Tip: If you have a Samsung and you try to use the ZeverCloud app and its crashes straight away, download the ZeverCloudSMA app instead.Would recommend and use again.

Contacted Solargain for a warranty claim as they were the initial installer of my solar system in 2015. Paid $298 to book in a warranty call out to inspect the inverter. Two days prior the tech called to cancel and up sale a new inverter. After agreeing to purchase a new inverter a whole new system of nearly 7k was attempted to be pushed onto me. This whole business was an up sale with out even coming out to view the inverter that was under warranty. I requested a refund of the $298 which took 8 days to get after several ignored emails by Jess. I managed to have my issue sorted by another local company receiving a brand new inverter installed for $500. I would not recommend going through this company as they will attempt to pressure sale a new system on you regardless of warranty. Very poor form.

Solargain installed my system approximately 6 years ago and I was extremely happy with their service and workmanship. Since then I have had other trades attend my house for various work and they have regularly commented on the workmanship of the system, right down to the labelling.I recently had an issue with my inverter and I was concerned that upon contacting them that they would not be interested. I was proven so wrong. They have gone out of their way to help me and ensure that the issue has been rectified as fast as possible.I can't recommend these guys enough.

This was a stress free and best experience with Solargain. Their quote was competitive, service fantastic and installation faultless.The sales consultant, Matt Goodall was exceptional and superb - he explained everything to us beforehand. Electrician, Phillip Ware was very relaxed and did a professional installation without any mess.We definitely recommend Solargain

Prior to installation service was superb. Can't say the same for after sales service which I can only describe as abysmal. First time my hot water sprung a leak and it took over two weeks before the plumber could come which included phone calls every day none of which were returned.. The second time was on 19th November and the gentleman was going to ring me the next day. Today is 3rd December and I am still waiting for that call. In both cases I phoned my Home Care Provider and the plumber was there that same day and fixed it, Pity Solargain could not give the same level of service.

Purchased a Solargain roof mounted solar hot water heater with electric booster in 2018 as a replacement for a gas hot water heater and am very happy with the purchase. My only recommendation for anyone considering these systems is to get a timer installed too. Otherwise you have to manually turn on/off the booster if your looking to minimize electricity usage.I'd also like to call out the after sales service as excellent. I had a minor issue at installation time where some drainage pipes were run in an inconvenient place, and again this year where I had a problem with the booster. In both cases the Solargain team sorted it out really quickly.
