Sarina Russo Job Access

I think that one of the most debilitating feelings any of us can experience is a lack of purpose...and this can become particularly evident after a period of non-employment. In each, and every one, of my dealings with Byron, Bianca and Hayley at Sarina Russo in Prahran, I was treated with the utmost dignity, respect and encouragement. Their empathy for all those with whom they were dealing was tempered with, not only, a very accomplished skill set but, perhaps even more importantly, the gentle reinforcement that goes with genuinely wanting to help their charges aspire to something greater. All anyone need do is ask for their help....it will be there in spades.

In 4 years Sarina Russo has been receiving government funding to help me find a job. I have been forced to attend idiotic courses like Bounce" that Sarina cashes in on that teach literally nothing

Amazing support. I've been working with Haley and Kasie who have just been so fantastic in supporting me. Nothing has been too much trouble I've been enrolled in training next day, been offered assistance in ways I couldn't have even imagined. Can not recommend these guys highly enough. Thank you!

Many great things to say about Sarina Russo Prahran. Bianca and her staff have been professional and committed to finding our business great staff - all who are still with us. All were well matched for the positions and have added much value and a terrific can-do culture to our company.

Used to be a job seeker here after Serana Russo Prahran transferd me to another job provider because they failed to find me work. If you are serious about finding a job this place is not for you. They make you attend useless workshops and don’t bother to find you a job. Only reason I give this place 2 stars is the staff are very nice and they don’t seem to harass you as much as other job providers.

A big thanks to Kasie & Byron on their great support in helping me find a new role in the last six months. Between them, they identified exactly what I needed to do - and gave me sound advice on how to secure a position. The process was complicated by the passing of my Dad in June - and the fact that I had somewhere to go to every week was a really good diversion. We also managed to have a little fun along the way - and I will miss seeing them on a regular basis because they always managed to put a smile on my face. Both Kasie & Byron are asssets to Serina Russo - I wish all recruiters were as engaging and emphatic and I am very grateful for what they have done fo me this year. Vi

Spoke with Sandra from the Prahran office who said she would get back to us on 23/03/2021 and she never returned the phone call. Called again to follow up through the customer service centre who said they would leave a message with Sandra Sandy" at Prahran office to call us back before COB on 23 March 2021 and she never returned the phone call.This is poor customer service and poor standards of quality. People working in a customer service driven environment should have as a core value that they should say what they mean and mean what they say

Really the only redeeming factor I've had with the agency is that the lady that I work with Sarah is really lovely. Otherwise the poor communication I've consistently had is a repeated frustration and has meant I've had Centrelink payments put on hold several times.My call appointments are often not on the time they are scheduled and I spend days trying to follow up a missed call I got while at work.There's also the constant 'you should have received this message' which I never got or something that I communicated hasn't gone into their system and there are consequences for me.This compulsory service has in no way actually helped me find jobs in my study field in the 18 months I've had to report to them and makes me feel worthless by regularly asking me whether I'll further my work search efforts after I finally got a job at Grill'd.It's a service that dehumanises you and reduces you to how much you can financially contribute to society and if it's not enough then there are moral and material consequences i.e. the general feeling like you're not doing enough or they just straight up don't give you the money you need to survive.I really wish I didn't have to use this service.

As a strong indigenous Woman and a single parent of two young boys.I have been working with Sarina Russo for over 3yrs now and i have accomplished so much from getting back into work and support through every step having everything needed to getting a job or qualification.Remembering back to when i first engaged I found it hard to communicate and gave up easy, starting with Monica to now Kasie I have been given nothing but the best support, with non judgement, from all staff, they encouraged me to keep pushing through with every job and course i went for. I look at how far i have come and what i have achieved i feel proud i now can provide for my family.I would like to say to all staff even through the good and bad days you all stayed professional and did what you could to provide the best outcomes for me. I Now Feel More Confident &READY TO GET THAT JOB :)So I'll See You All At The Top
