Just still wondering the concept of this place, kind of a self service which I had to ask for the water, and none of the staff was greeting us, so decided that the system was providing barcode on the table, pay, eat, and go...

Cool little spot.We were so hungry from our long ride. The greasy burger went down well.Those fries so delicious!Friendly staff, cool vibe there.I'm grateful for the gentleman who went all out and filled our water bottles with ice too. What good customer service!

Had diner with the family, love the greasy food, one of those places you go to be naughty. It's all in the name and having gone multiple times you always walk away with the thought of eating too much fat. You order using online ordering which sort of bothers me, due to it asking to tip your service and i feel tips come after service not before. Would reccomend for you who love the greasy style burger.

Great little local businesses to enjoy some time out of the rush. See many reviews about customer service yet, I find the staff quite friendly and helpful. In their industry, they would deal with many differences of opinions and feel they do a great job. Thank you guys.

Update:Had to come back to this review to update due to how incredible the dirty bird burger is. I think I've eaten it maybe 5-6 times now and every time it's our of control good. Also a huge shout-out to the legends working the other night whole had the legend himself Mac Miller playing most of the evening!! Love it.Original:Love this place!Food is always delicious, super hot and very well done.Now a huge shoutout to the owner or manager here that runs the Instagram page, I had a pizza missing a sauce and reached out to him privately just to clarify that it was a mistake. He was extremely professional, super friendly and understanding and I couldn't have been happier with the interaction.The following week I ordered the same pizza, plus chicken burger, poppers and was perfectly done. We've ordered from.here and the Braddon store multiple times and always been great. The price is high but the servings are massive.Do yourself a favour and go here.

I went on Friday night without booking but it was pleasant to have a good seating and short waiting for food. Pizza is the best! So crispy the crust area and cheesy and delicious. Definitely order again. Thwy have a quite good deal if you are going in a group. Maddie!!!! You were super nice tonight and gave me a great service. Amazing person. Thank you! I really enjoyed.

I recently visited Grease Monkey and I must say that the experience was exceptional. I ordered the Greasy Burger" and it was hands down the best burger I have ever had. The burger buns were incredibly soft

I don't have to explain how good the Grease Monkey's burgers are. Just wondered that Gungahlin shop has the same quality as Braddon one, and I found that they have the same decent quality of burgers. Definitely recommend!

We usually love Grease Monkey and were really looking forward to our meal but a few things went quite wrong last night and unfortunately were not able to be fixed at the time because it was close to closing time.We ordered our food in store (Gungahlin) at 9:00pm last night for takeaway. We had ordered a pizza and burger meal. At one point when we were waiting in store a female member of stuff informed us that they had run out of a particular topping for the pizza and asked us if we would like to have the pizza without that topping or wait an extra 15 minutes for them to run to the shops and get more of that topping. We opted to wait and get that topping because we were really looking forward to it. Not long after that we were handed food, we thanked the staff and left.When we got home we realised that the pizza was missing the topping that we had waited for and that the bag of food had someone else’s name on it. We called up the store to let them know of the mistake but no one picked up, I think the store must have closed, so my husband left a voicemail highlighting the mistake and left his phone number. Sadly we still haven’t heard back. The pizza did have our name on it and was fine to eat but we couldn’t cut our loses and eat the other person’s meal because it was all meat and we are both vegetarians.My husband was particularly upset because Grease Monkey is not cheap and we paid a lot of money to get only half the food we ordered. It was very disappointing.
