We've been getting Phillip at Sanitair for 3 years now, ever since we put in our air conditioning units, he is prompt, very professional, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Phillip as always does a brilliant job, he is a pleasure to have come in once a year, and I know our units are cleaned and ready for the next hot, humid season. Excellent service. Phil arrived on time. Listened to my comments. Immediately set to work. The cleanliness of our two air con units now are immaculate, fragrant, and almost like brand new. Highly recommend this service to those who enjoy true professionalism. Cleaned up after his work - a breathe of fresh air.... Polite and gave advice when I asked. Very diligent. Set my calendar now for yearly cleans by Sanitair. Can't speak highly enough of Phil's service.

I believed they did a good job but I had another aircon company come and clean the same Aircon cleaned prior (not used in between) and a lot of mold and rubbish came out, and the roller fan was filthy and needed an enzyme cleaner and a scrub. They finish their clean with a really stinky air freshener spray to make it Smell" clean - which triggered my chemical sensitivity. Yes they are polite but they need more attention to detail. I will no longer use them as the trust is gone now."

I rang up, left a message and I was called back in half an hour. Service was scheduled in couple of hours. Phil came around on time and did a great job in cleaning the air-con in my gallery.
