The rental team at Ascot have been looking after my property for 18 years now so I have no trouble recommending them. All matters have been attended to promptly and in a courteous and professional manner. It has been reassuring knowing that the property and tenants are being well looked after.

We have been desiring a property manager who will take care of our investment, not be there just for the Tennant, but for us also, as owners of the property, and upon engaging Kate at Ascot to manage our property, we felt immediately confident in her ability to do s and at an extremely high professional level. Landlords put their hard earned properties in the hands of property managers, and trust the manager to keep everything in order, and to find someone so professional and easy to communicate with, at Ascot, is indeed a blessing!! We would only use Ascot Real Estate as our rental property manager. We have always had excellent service & the tenant selection has, for the most part, always been spot on. We have never had any problems with unpaid rent or deliberate property damage. We have always been advised promptly of any problems with the property & we trust Ascot to recommend & liaise with good tradespeople when required. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for hassle free property management.

Have been renting through ASCOT bundaberg for a number of years. ASCOT employees are easy to deal with, prompt and professional. Inspections are relaxed and respectful as property managers are lovely, understanding and flexible people. We have had a few different realestates but ASCOT is by far the best. We are very disappointed to be moving into a residence that is not managed by ASCOT.Special mention to Sherrie, who has always been there to help us with any rental enquiries and is prompt and kind in her dealings with us, we are sad to be leaving you.

I have found Elisha from Ascot Real Estate rental dept extremely knowledgable, helpful and on the ball. I am kept informed of any new problems and existing problems are dealt with quickly. She deals with the tenant firmly but fair. I would recommend Ascot Real Estate to any body thinking of renting their property.

Review of my long experience with Ascot Bundaberg…Sales:Failure to follow up. I asked for an agent to give me an appraisal for my property in 2015. Greg McLeod supplied an appraisal with lots of information in a lovely folder, nothing else? I had two properties to sell. After receiving no response after I contacted Gary Martin (Ray White now RealWay) who didn’t waste any time in listing both and getting me a record price for the waterfront property. I would highly recommend Gary. Other agents were in attendance and were amazed at the result of our auction in a tough market!Rentals:I would not trust Ascot rentals to manage my biggest asset.Sherrie and Robyn were both shocked to see the state of the property during an inspection not long after it had been passed by Eryn. They commented that our Property Manager, Eryn wasn’t up to the job. I would not entrust my biggest asset to Ascot, they aren’t capable of managing it. It appeared to be common knowledge amongst Ascot staff.Poor Management. The filth would have been apparent for months, long-standing grime, cornices with old webs, rubbish strewn through the property, walls painted (badly) with another colour to hide the damage and paint on the carpet. This was not picked up during Ascots inspections.Untruthful. I asked Kate, the Office Manager if she was she familiar with the issues of this rental, she said she was not. During the conversation I found her very aware!Disparaged another agency. Kate, the Office Manager advised me that I had chosen the wrong agency when I changed to a new one. A secure business does not need to criticise another. This comment was very telling!Scant Inspections and Reports. Failure to complete the Entry Report and the lack of information and photos made it impossible to claim the tenants bond for damage done. Inspections missed major, ongoing issues. Our new agency RealWay emailed a fully comprehensive report. Haley is a legend!Failure to truly inform landlord. During a previous vacate a full skip load of tenant’s property, with the tenants name on the items and a dangerous structure that the tenant had constructed, it passed the Ascot Vacate inspection! As far as Ascot where concerned, the property was cleared and the bond would have been released back to the tenant. Luckily it was picked up prior to the bond being released.Realway are managing the property now, they are doing an excellent job, I would trust them any day!Facebook reviews were removed when unfavourable ones were posted.PS - the comment that I am not an authority confirms the above. All of the lease documents have the authority for me to act since the property was first managed" by Ascot. Also months after leaving your agency statements were still being emailed until February 2020. Owner Statement as of the 03/02/2020 from email [email protected]"

Ascot made the experience of selling my property so easy, thank you so much. I also had the pleasure of having the girls look after the property as a rental as well - excellent job with the property being well managed over the years - again thank you so much Ascot Real Estate.
