I am writing this because I can’t believe how easy and stress free it has been to deal with The Rideshare Club! Someone smashed into me and The Rideshare Club has been easy to deal with in making a claim even though it wasn’t my fault. The repair centre that was closest to me was so quick, professional and nice. They booked me in on a set date, I dropped off which took two seconds and then organised my courtesy car through The Rideshare Club as well for pick up same day! So easy, smooth and stress free! Other insurers I’ve been with have not been this easy! Good Work The Rideshare Club!!!

They are scammers in case of claim, you wont believe they have followinb membershop rules that you sign without even reading.1-Mechanic or fixer will be their in case of claim, you cannot choose your own it means they can declare the cost of fix whatever they like and declare it total loss. Or non roadworthy and deny your claim.2-No income loss compensation of replacement vehicle incase if you are at fault.3-No support if your car is stolen until its recovered by police.4-No cover for interstate travel neither for overseas driving license not if you report after 24 hours of accident.5-if your car is upto worth 12,000 they will easily declare it total loss which means if fix is more than half of car's worth and excess in case of total loss is 7000 it means they pay you only 5000 and would keep your car and sell it later in auction. Ridiculus.6-No cover for Wildlife or weather.7-No claim or cover if next party goes in dispute until court decision is out means that they will ot fix your car for 2 years and no income loss compensation or anything.They have their own mechanic and you cannot choose anything else and they would declare whatever they like.They are scammers. You will get to know their real face when you fall into claim.If you dont believe have a look at their scammer membership rules of 20 pages. Who the hell reads 20 pages.

I am thankful that I have got my claim being followed up in a professional manner and got advise from a lovely consultant Nompumelelo today that I could withdraw my claim for now due to the other party no response and I could re-open it in the future if needed. Strongly recommend for their customer service. :)

The Car Insurance was a lot cheaper than I thought it would be & the employee I spoke to was really friendly & helpful & I could understand every word he said.

This year I had to make my first car insurance claim and The Rideshare Club couldn’t have been better. It was during floods and bush fires and they had a lot to deal with - they even apologised because it took three days for them to respond to my online claim. The claim went through without a hitch. Mind you I had to wait three months for the car repairer as parts were coming from the eastern states - but my car was driveable so it was no hardship. Budget have met expectations all the way.

We have been with The Rideshare Club for a number of years because their rates were so much cheaper, but there was always a bit of concern what would happen if we had to make a claim.Recently my wifes car was sideswiped whilst it was parked at Aldi.Anyway from start to finish the service could not have been better. No waiting on hold. People who talked through the process without any hassles. And the nominated repairer did an excellent job and returned the car on time.
