Very very poor. Bought white goods and 2 days later it stopped working due to being a faulty product. Two months down the track and it has not been repaired or replaced. Rang numerous times, visited shop numerous times . Absolute A.Holes.

Easy parking, super friendly staff, store has been cleaned and freshened up nicely since new owners have taken over! Working hand in hand with Cairns store so getting stock down 3 days a week! Work here and I love it :) worth poking your head in for a look!

Bought a TV online 12 June with supposed door to door delivery. TV finally arrived 16 July (I could have walked to Cairns and back in that month)and they phoned to say that it was ready to pick up ??? No mention of delivery.I walked there to carry the TV home. No apology from the three disinterested staff who were sitting in an empty shop about the delay or lack of delivery as advertised. Never again!!!
