I bought three prints during a recent trip to Hawaii and took them into Terrace Art Framers to have them framed. The service here was absolutely first class - impeccable. I had my own ideas on how to frame the prints but the lovely assistant showed me how to get the same effect without spending an absolute fortune. The end result is stunning. Can I just say, this team is amazing. Customer services skills are to the highest level. They were personable, accommodating and certainly went the extra mile to assist me with the end outcome. Its Christmas time, people are busy, orders were closed off, however this lovely group made my wish come true and from Melbourne to WA, via phone and email. They achieved the impossible for me. Working for a local Sporting Organisation and i took a Life Member's frame down to Terrace Art Framers. Rear of frame had been damaged and they fixed it in under 10 minutes and for no charge.
