Not only did Jarrad diagnose the REAL problem, he fixed the problem for a realistic fee.Jarrad, Josh & Matt are exceptionally nice and professional tradesmen who are polite and flexible. They kept me fully informed and made themselves available to answer any questions. I have now used their services on several occasions for both plumbing and electrical.As a single parent who knows nothing about plumbing or electrical, I would definitely recommend this trustworthy business to deliver a high standard of work and good value for money and look forward to being their customer again :)

Have used ElecPlumb for a variety of plumbing jobs including 2 bathrooms and a laundry reno, first and second fix. Nothing straight forward but nothing too difficult for Matt, a very friendly and professional operator, work is always neat and tidy. Jarrad is always very responsive on the phone and finds a way to fit you in.

Fantastic experience. Josh and his team were prompt and professional, even offered to try to fix the problem over the phone first which is unheard of in my experience. Turned out to be a tricky issue to fix but I cannot fault the work or the way they all went about it. Will only be using elecplumb in the future and will recommend them to all my friends and family.
