Fantastic place for a true American bbq smokehouse experience. Friendly staff, great food and atmosphere. Definitely recommended!

I never imagined that I would taste such a super amazingly delicious smoked beef brisket until I visited Chef Nick and his humble family's gourmet hideout in Padstow, which is located in a car park. If you're a big fan of Texan-style BBQ, then this place is definitely worth checking out. It's one of the handful of places that I have on my personal list of must-visit places in Sydney.The people are great, the food is amazing, and the whole experience is unforgettable.

Staff are always very friendly. I am of the view that their breakfast menu is better than the lunch/dinner menu but the sides are amazing, especially the Texas beans. Great coffee (Colombian connection mule). The brisket can be a little dry but still very tasty. Love it when the ribs are being sold! Not cheap for standard menu items but fairly priced for what you get.Would recommend

Wow! I,d heard there was a Smoked BBQ Texas Style BBQ place in Padstow. I was sceptical. Today However, I gave them a go. I had a Pulled Brisket Roll. It was awesome. Juicy, tender just perfect. Cannot wait to return!

Venue is a small cafe/takeaway at the edge of a church car park. Smoker facility is on site and there are a few seats unde cover.. I tried the brisket mixed plate, with pulled pork and coleslaw. Luckily it's sold by weight. Brisket was very well prepared. The slices were very moist and soft and nearly fell apart. This is how bbq should be imo. I will visit again to try more items from the menu.

My wife and I dropped by today for some lunch and were warmly greeted by Dave who took us through the menu. We ordered 2 mixed boxes to takeaway and were salivating from the smell the entire drive home. When we finally dug in, we were not disappointed. The meat was marvellously smoked, very flavoursome and so tender. The potato salad complimented the meat perfectly and the serving size was great.We'll be back Dave!

This is my local low and slow cooked American BBQ style joint. We tried them before but they were sold out. This time we made sure we preordered. They had a special that Easter weekend.We had the mixed plate, and the chicken Maryland plate. The mixed plate had beef brisket and pulled pork with a side of slaw and a damper. The chicken plate was served with a smoked piece of Maryland with a potato salad and a damper.The brisket and pulled pork were very tasty, tender and moist. Personally I preferred the brisket. The pulled pork was a bit on the dry side. The slaw was fresh and crunchy and the damper soft.The chicken was smoked well and imparted very nice smoky taste to it.Will definitely return and try the rolls.
