Stefan Burleigh Heads

I payed too much for the quality of the service, experience and results. Prior to my appointment I had a strand test done and I was quoted and everything but still not entirely sure what she was planning to do with it. The day I came in they had no idea what I wanted and asked me to find a reference photo on the spot. Also Under staffed. A family member of mine who is also a hairdresser (doesn’t work there) came in for a haircut and ended up mixing my toner and washing my hair to speed up the process as I was having a panic attack and wasn’t getting the attention or care I needed. They also seemed to really take their time with everything. I also have to mention; after one wash (with the extra products she sold me) my hair went quite orange, which led to me having to pay even more money to purchase more products (from elsewhere for course) to tone my hair properly.It’s not usually like me to leave reviews, especially not like this but I must say I am quite upset about the price I payed for that whole experience

Stefans at stockland Burleigh . The hairdresser i had was one of the rudiest person i have had cut my hair . Made me feel like i was an inconvenience. Asked me to show her wat length to cut my hair by moving her fingers to the required length. My hair was cut with no style just hacked . The layers were not touched . Will never go back . It was only the 2nd time i have been here . The first time was good but unfortunately the hairdresser i had moved to Brisbane .

Stefan - Stockland Burleigh HeadsI am writing to share my in store experience with Shannon and Taylor this evening and express my gratitude.These two young ladies were so kind and knowledgeable in their profession as hair dressers, they both could not have been more helpful and polite.I am very pleased with their service and I was only walking past, if it had not been for there lovely approach I would not have had my hair done.Having been to many salons over the years and received various grades of service, these ladies were by far the best I've come across, such a delight and very refreshing to have received such great service.Thank you again ladies!!See you next time!!Claudia

I used to go here all the time until I moved suburbs. After a terrible experience at another store, Lauren from head office took care of me and sent me to burleigh heads for a complimentary cut and colour. ICame here on the 1st of October and I was well taken care of. Im sorry I forgot your name i think she may be the manager?? But she was so lovely and my hair looks amazing. Thankyou so much! I will be making the trip to come back.

Excellent interpretation of what I wanted for my hair and executed so wonderfully. I love my new style! Caring and attentive for my needs, as I only had limited time to get the job done. Highly recommended them!

Stockland at Burleigh.My mum had a trim, about an inch cut off. She already has really short hair. Not covering her neck at all. Not only did they cut the back uneven. Which is very noticeable on her neckline. But they had the the cheek to charge her $82, but gave her a pensioner discount of $15. Pffftt. I get my hair regularly style cut, at different hairdressers. Usually about 4 inches off and layered, my hair is 2 inches or soo past my shoulders after a style cut.I've never paid any more than $40. I seriously think the name STEFAN is severely over rated these days. Their stylists need re schooling on basic style cuts. They actually wrecked my hair many years ago with streaks. Took the cap off before re applying new bleach. I was there for almost 5 hours. The lone hairdresser was constantly on the phone. I assume it was to her boss. She eventually came in, I saw her mouth the words omfg. lolIt was the day before my sisters wedding, and I was a bridesmaid. I finally walked out with an all over honey colour that I did not want.My hair almost fell out. I had to have intensive hair treatment for the next 6 months. They even tried to charge me for the chemicals they used for their stuff up, trying to fix my hair.I thought they'd changed, and stepped up their game.How wrong was I.I wish I'd read all the reviews before I made an appointment for my mum.

I thoroughly recommend Charlotte. She listens then does what I asked. It looks lovely and I'm happy. The salon is clean and relatively quiet. They are always on time.

Went to the salon for some lightening via foils. The worst hairdresser experience ever, the girl doing my hair did not correctly foil my hair, it turned out patchy with some parts not being lightened enough and looking orange. She did not do anything near what I asked and put foils randomly through my hair. The hairdresser had left before my hair was done and other staff were left to look after me. I have fair hair so lightening has never been an issue I contacted staff for a refund because I did not trust to go back and let them fix it, they have ignored me after addressing issue.The first time I went to the salon they did a great job on my hair, so disappointing with results from second time.Would not trust booking in with this salon or recommend because of inconsistent results.

I could not be happier with my hair. Shannon did an absolutely amazing job with colour and style. She also makes a great cup of tea. Shannon, thank you so much, you are very talented and a lovely young lady. I can’t recommend you enough!
