The guys at positive batteries are amazing so helpful and so knowledgeable we needed a replacement battery for our caravan and we ended up upgrading to 2 deep cycle batteries can not recommend them enough 5 stars isn't enough thank you again for the awesome service

I am a local mechanical business and used to send work there. I sent a client in to get a battery for me to fit. They had the vehicle, the battery and they also measured it and still gave the client the wrong battery and then refused to take it back. The staff were very rude even though the mistake was there. I now refer my customers to another battery supplier. Very bad customer relations

We were unlucky to have a flat battery today and after getting the car restarted headed to Positive Batteries in Gympie. They are great people to deal with and are always helpful. The fellow came out and tested the battery and gave us options. He said we could probably get another couple of months out of it, maybe. There was no pressure from him to have to buy one. We decided to buy one regardless. He went and got one for us and installed it in our car. Price was great as well. We can’t thank them enough for their wonderful service and friendly attitude. I won’t go anywhere else.. Helpful and efficient service. Thanks guys …It’s now 2023 and here again for another replacement Battery. Excellent customer service via Dwayne. I went to purchase the previously suggested product Nō which was wrong. Without his attention to detail, it may have caused fitment and warranty issues,Thankyou.
