I had a very special 30th Anniversary surprise present that required a high degree of customisation and so I could not trust to just anyone. The Village Jewellers' service was personal and exceptional at every stage... My wife is extremely happy with her gift.

Such a hidden gem, a neat jewellery store tucked away in the Munuka Village. People working here are warm, super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Had a ring resized here and the work was flawlessly done. Assuming the jeweller spent the time and effort to clean it too because the setting of the ring now looks a lot better than when we took it in! When I went in to pick it up, I forgot to bring the box so I was happy to just take the ring, but after learning that they offered to package the ring up too so I wouldn’t lose it in my pocket - a small thing for sure but I really appreciated the kind gesture. I have had some terrible experiences at other jewellery shops in Canberra so I went in rather feeling rather anxious, but the whole experience I got here is simply amazing! A perfect example of why we should support small businesses.

Had a ring repaired and cleaned, service was fantastic as they explained various options and recommended things to do without upselling. I found their prices very reasonable as well.

I brought in an antique emerald ring for repair as one of the stones had come loose. I was told that they would need to strengthen the ring and would send me pictures of how they planned to do so. I was emphatic in explaining that I wanted the ring to look as close to identical as possible.When I finally went to collect the ring - without ever having been sent pictures - it was unrecognisable, with an ugly modern setting - I was so taken aback. I hate it and no longer wear what was once a beautiful ring.
